I mentioned on the home page of this website, how I had a panic attack in 2018. As a result of what happened, I also decided to get some professional counseling. That proved to be very beneficial for me. It didn't replace my scripture reading or my prayers.
There are times when we may need some kind of professional counseling. One of the challenges Christians often had is who to turn to? For me, I went to www.betterhelp.com and I requested a Christian counselor. That may be an option for you as well. I would like to recommend another resource as well. I want to recommend Julie Adams with "The Still Waters Counseling." Below is her bio from her website, https://www.stillwaterslife.com/

Finances can be a challenging thing to discuss for preachers. Handling our money the right way may be even more challenging. I've certainly have had my challenges with respect to money. How we handle our finances matter! It matters to God. It matters to brethren. It should matter to us as well. I've realized that I needed help. That can be hard to admit. But once we do, things get easier. Having a financial advisor is something every preacher needs.
I like to recommend The Cunningham Financial Group. Jon Cunningham is my financial advisor. You can find his contact information below.

Below are some resources for you to consider.
1. When it comes to gyms, check out the YMCA. Some of them offer free memberships to preachers. I'm thankful mine does. www.ymca.net
2. Staying in shape doesn't have to be hard or expensive.
3. Check out my I CAN DO Podcast, Season #2 for some fitness book recommendations if you're looking for more information with diet and exercise. You can find my I Can Do Podcast at https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/i-can-do-with-benjamin-lee/id1488687000
